| How do I view an image larger than what is shown on the album page? |
| -Click once on the image you want to enlarge. Most enlarged photos are 640x480. They print excellent 4x6 prints. |

| Why can't I watch a movie? (I have QuickTime, Pace!) |
| -When you click on a movie, a new blank page should open with a QuickTime movie player embedded within the page. |
| -The movie will automatically play when enough of the movie has downloaded. |
| -If you do NOT see a movie player, look to the bottom of your browser window and look for [Transferring file (1.2 MB of 13.0 MB, 88 KB/sec): ie4wdec142003.mov]. The exact numbers may be different. Wait until the transfer completes and a NEW window will automatically open with the movie! |
| How can I make a movie appear larger on my screen? |
| -Lower your monitor's resolution. Example: 640x480. If that is not an option, try 800x600. The lower you have your resolution set, the larger the movie window will appear in your browser window. |
| -Download the movie to your hard drive and view. |
| --MAC USERS: Control-Click on the movie of interest. Choose Download Link to Disk. |
| --PC USERS: Right-Click on the movie of interest. Choose Save Target As. |
| --Note where you are saving the file. |
| --Click on Save. |
| --Wait until the movie completely downloads. |
| --Open the movie from your hard drive in Quicktime Player. |
| --Expand the movie window to your desire. (Clarity will be reduced) |
| Why does it take so long to watch a movie? |
| -Movies are optimized for broadband users. If you are using a dial-up connection to the Internet, be patient. Very patient. Estimated wait time for 10MB movie is 2 minutes. This was using DSL at 705kbps downstream (An 86.1 KB/sec transfer rate). |
